How do I purchase a product?

To explore the available products, start by visiting the product page and select the section, depending on what you are looking for. To make your search easier, you can use the filter in the top right corner of the page to choose the size and color you want. If you already know what you want to buy, you can use the search bar at the top of the page to quickly find the item you want. Once you have selected the items you wish to purchase, choose the size and click on "Add to cart". To complete your purchase, go to the basket in the top right corner, fill in the necessary details for the delivery and payment method and click on "Pay securely". Your order is only submitted to our system when the order confirmation window is displayed.  How long will it take for my order to be delivered? Metro Cities: 3-5 business days Non-Metro & Remote Areas: 5-7 business days Delivery times may vary based on your location and courier service availability.  Why is my order taking longer than expected? In a rare & unavoidable scenario, if your order has been delayed, it might be due to weather constraints or any operational/logistical issue. We’ll be working closely with the logistics team and getting it delivered at the earliest, and the updates will be available in the application on a real-time basis. How do I change my mobile number/address for the order delivery? Once the order has been confirmed, the number/address cannot be changed. However, we can try providing an alternate number or additional landmark details to our delivery partner. Please Note: An address can only be changed if it falls under the same PIN code. I have cancelled/returned my order. When & where will I get my refund? For any cancelations, the refund is processed immediately & should be reflected in your source account through which the payment was made. If you have returned an order, the refund process will be processed as soon as the order is marked as returned. Please Note: After the refund is processed, it shall take 5-7 working days for the amount to reflect in your account.  What is your return and exchange policy? We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact. How do I request a return or exchange? For Return/Exchange you need to raise a concern on our website by following the steps: Open the website Scroll down to the bottom you will get the option of Return/Exchange in Policy section You need to mention your order ID and registered contact number/email A return page will be appeared, select your preferred option and submit the form   Is the return/exchange policy applicable to all products? Items purchased during a sale are non-refundable. Only exchanges are allowed. Returns/exchanges are not applicable for masks, boxers, socks, or products priced at or below ₹899.  When will I receive my refund? Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to: The original payment method (for prepaid orders). Wallet credit (for COD orders).  Can I exchange for a higher-value product? Yes, you can exchange for a higher-value product. The difference must be paid at the time of creating the exchange request. Cash on delivery is not available for such orders.
